Registration is realtime and requires no additional data.

Transfer procedure

- After the transfer has been requested our backend system, using a transfer code, sends a confirmation email to the Owner/Admin-C according to the WHOIS of the respective domain. In order to initiate the transfer successfully it is important
that this email is confirmed.
- After confirmation the transfer is initiated through the official registry and the losing registrar will receive the transfer request.
- The losing registrar will also send an email to the Owner/Admin-C. allowing him/her to deny the transfer. If you do not respond to the email of the losing registrar then the transfer will get processed successfully after 5 days.

Trade procedure

A change of ownership can be done by replacing the owner contact. After saving the changes the change is processed realtime.

Update procedure

A change of contactdetails can be done by updating the associated handles in the control panel. After saving the changes the domainname will be updated realtime.

Delete procedure

A delete is realtime. After a delete the domain will be in Redemption Period status for 29 days. During this period the domain can be reactivated.

Reactivation procedure

A domain can be restored using a restore domain command at the supplier. The domain can be renewed for 29 days after expiring.
